Ilan Haimoff, Principal

Ilan has over 14 years of advisory experience in the areas of financial auditing and risk consulting at large accounting firms, such as Deloitte and Andersen, as well as internal audit leadership experience at large organizations, including Unified Western Grocers and 21st Century Insurance Group. As a risk consultant, he assisted organizations across industries perform risk assessments and internal audit reviews. As part of his internal audit leadership experience, he oversaw the first year implementation of SOX, including section 404, a companywide antifraud program, and the execution of the annual internal audit plan. Through company-wide collaborative compliance efforts across 21st Century Insurance Group, the company was named by Forbes as the 11th most trustworthy company in the US (2007).

Ilan is a licensed CPA in California, with a CIA and CFE designations, and is an active member of the Los Angeles, CA Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Also, Ilan holds an Accounting bachelor degree from CSUN (California State University, Northridge, CA).

Ilan and his wife reside in Woodland Hills with their two children. His personal interests include collecting old coins and books as well as sports.
