Managing Partner

Leon has over 25 years of experience in the areas of audit and accounting, tax planning and general business consulting. He advises his clients on matters related to strategic planning, profitability, mergers and acquisitions and buying and selling businesses. Leon serves clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and retail. He has particular expertise in the grocery industry.

Leon is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. On a global scale, Leon represents GH&J in HLB International, a 80-nation network of accounting firms. He is a member of the Board of Directors and chairs both the Audit and Finance Committee for PriceSmart, a publicly held company in San Diego.

Leon is an active leader in the Los Angeles business community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Ramah, as Chairman of the Audit Sub-Committee of the Jewish Federation and on the Board of Trustees for Milken Community High School.

Leon has a Masters degree in Accounting and a Bachelors degree in Commerce. An achievement of great individual satisfaction has been his scuba diving certification.
