Warren J. Shulman, Partner

Warren has over 20 years of accounting, audit, tax and general business consulting experience. During this time, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries including waste hauling and recycling, manufacturing and distribution, e-commerce and high-tech, insurance, grocery, retail, construction and real estate. Warren also conducts employee benefit plan audits for clients and has in-depth knowledge of AICPA, ERISA, DOL and IRS requirements related to these audits. Warren also provides clients greater access to the global market. He is highly knowledgeable in foreign exchange and international business issues. Warren's industry experience includes serving as CFO of an e-commerce company where his responsibilities included raising capital.

Warren is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of CPAs and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Warren graduated, with honors in Business Finance, with distinction in Auditing, from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, earning a Bachelor of Business Science degree. Prior to joining GH&J, Warren was a member of an international accounting firm.

He lives with his wife and three sons in West Hills and is a keen spectator of all sports.
