Brian D. Yacker, Partner

Brian has over 13 years of tax, general business consulting and accounting experience.  In the tax field, Brian has extensive experience with tax-free and taxable corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, flow-through entities, the international operations of domestic entities, the United States operations of foreign entities, inbound and outbound international tax issues confronted by individuals, estate planning (including international estate planning), managing  domestic and foreign tax audits, and nonprofit entities.

Brian is a member of the American Bar Association (and a participant on the Tax-Exempt Committee of the Tax Section), Los Angeles County Bar Association Exempt Organizations Committee and formerly served on the Board of Directors of charitable entities in both Northern California and Indiana. 

Brian has a strong commitment to community service. He has coached Little League baseball for the past 14 years, has taught Junior Achievement classes, has been a Big Brother, and has spent a significant amount of time volunteering at less-advantaged elementary schools with the Role Model Program.

Brian earned his Bachelors degree in Finance/Marketing from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law.  Personal interests include hiking, football, sports memorabilia collecting and Asian cooking.
