Trace Wollner, CPA, has over 8 years of public accounting experience providing tax compliance, consulting and advisory services to clients.
Prior to joining GHJ in 2022, Trace worked for one of the largest U.S. accounting firms serving private equity, publicly traded, and closely-held clients primarily in the energy sector by providing tax compliance, tax planning, transaction advisory and consulting services, both domestic and foreign. He also has significant experience in individual tax compliance and consulting.
Trace graduated from Colorado State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and the University of Colorado-Denver with a Master of Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation. Trace holds an active CPA license in the State of Colorado and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accounts.
