Alejandra Garcia is part of GHJ's Nonprofit Tax Practice, supporting organizations and other nonprofit entities throughout California. Since joining GHJ in 2016, she has exclusively served tax-exempt organizations to provide tax compliance services across public charities and private foundations. Alejandra works closely with clients to navigate tax reporting requirements, coordinate with audit teams and deliver responsive, practical guidance that supports efficient compliance and informed decision making.

Alejandra is passionate about serving tax-exempt organizations and helping mission-driven clients through their complex tax compliance requirements so they can remain focused on advancing their missions.

As a lifelong Angeleno, she has a deep appreciation for the nonprofit organizations that strengthen communities throughout Los Angeles and expand opportunities for individuals and families. Having attended Archdiocesan schools that primarily served low-income communities, Alejandra experienced firsthand the impact that philanthropy, community partnerships and access to education can have on people's lives. Those experiences shaped her dedication to the nonprofit sector and continue to inspire her work today.

Alejandra is committed to supporting organizations whose partnerships with donors, foundations and community organizations create lasting impact and provide opportunities for future generations.

She graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2015, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Alejandra enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
