Danielle Grimshaw, CPA, is a member of GHJ’s State and Local Tax Practice. She has seven years of public accounting experience providing federal and state tax services to clients.
Danielle has significant experience with separate and combined reporting for large, multinational corporations. Additionally, Danielle has experience with various state consulting projects, including nexus studies, sourcing analyses and relocation considerations. Danielle also has experience preparing and auditing federal and state ASC 740 tax provisions.
Prior to joining GHJ in May 2021, Danielle worked at a Big Four firm based in St. Louis, MO. During her time with the Big Four, Danielle started in the firm’s federal practice before quickly realizing her piqued interest in state tax. She transferred into the firm’s state group where she specialized in multistate income and franchise tax compliance.
Danielle graduated from Truman State University, located in Kirksville, MO, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy.
