Elaine Yan, CPA, brings over seven years of public accounting experience and specializes in comprehensive income tax services. Her expertise encompasses partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations and individual taxation. Elaine partners with clients across diverse industries, including food and beverage, health and wellness, manufacturing and real estate. She is particularly adept in tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses and is passionate to be a trusted tax advisor.
Elaine is an active member of GHJ's Real Estate Group and contributes her specialized knowledge to benefit clients within the real estate sector.
Prior to joining GHJ in 2025, Elaine served as a tax manager at a leading national CPA firm, where she honed her skills in tax planning and compliance.
Elaine earned her Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University.
