John Khamis, CPA, MBA, is a forward-thinking, results-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services provider with over 25 years of experience across financial analysis and strategic planning, as well as general operational management and accounting. By fostering cross-functional partnerships, John delivers operational and financial results with expertise in financial forecasts, acquisitions, capital debt financing and valuations.

Throughout his career, John has worked at a Big Four firm and as a Chief Accounting Officer on the industry side of the business. He has partnered with global technology and real estate clients and harnessed unique skills in advisory services, GAAP accounting, SOX compliance and human resources that serve him in his current role as a fractional CFO.

John graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) after attending the University of San Diego, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.

He volunteers with the Irvine Unified School District through their “enhancing child educational experience” program, in which John collaborates with teachers to provide real life examples of common core teachings.
