John Nguyen is a talent acquisition professional with over eight years of experience recruiting within public accounting, specializing in tax, audit, advisory and accounting roles. He partners closely with both hiring leaders and candidates to streamline the recruiting process, deliver an exceptional hiring experience and support the Firm’s long-term growth.

Prior to joining GHJ in 2023, John worked at Grant Thornton, where he oversaw recruitment for nearly half of the firm’s audit practice and supported hiring efforts across tax, sustainability and advisory. He brings experience recruiting across all levels, including campus, experienced and executive hires.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Management from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
