Meri Khachikyan has over seven years of public accounting experience and is a member of GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. Meri provides due diligence support for both buy-side and sell-side clients with a focus on quality of earnings. She has served clients across a range of industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, health and wellness, manufacturing and technology.

Prior to joining GHJ in 2021, Meri worked for a Big Four Advisory Practice, where she specialized in human resources due diligence services for publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries.

She is an active member of ACG in Los Angeles and part of the organization’s Rising Star program.

Meri graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she received a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and Statistics. While attending UCSB, Meri served as Finance Officer for the school’s Finance and Business Committee and as a Financial Coordinator for a Commission on Student Wellbeing Group on campus.

In her free time, Meri enjoys reading, cooking, baking, skiing and snowboarding. She can be found making homemade sourdough bread and spending time with her friends, family and dog.
