Tiffany Wong Lee, CPA, has over 10 years of experience in finance transformation services, financial reporting and accounting. At GHJ, she oversees the internal finance function of the Firm.
Tiffany works across departments to bring a collaborative, innovative approach to operational efficiencies within the Firm’s finance management.
Before joining GHJ in 2026, Tiffany was the Director of Accounting at a direct-to-consumer retail company and spent years working in the entertainment industry and within a Big Four firm.
Tiffany is passionate about supporting underserved communities and volunteers with a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that empowers vulnerable communities, such as the youth, elderly and survivors of trafficking. She also advocates for working parents and the important balance between personal and professional lives.
She graduated with a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Southern California - San Diego. She speaks Cantonese conversationally.
Outside of work, Tiffany spends time with her family and young son, traveling, visiting Disney Parks and gardening.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy the different perspectives and ideas when collaborating with internal and external clients, cross-functional departments and at different professional levels. Collaboration is key in my professional values, as there could always be another person out there that has a better, more innovative idea or answer than I have.
What are you passionate about?
Food, TV and film, music and my four-year-old son.
What issues in the community do you care most about?
I am passionate about being a working parent and supporting balance in our professional and family lives. I am also committed to helping underserved communities. My best friend runs a nonprofit in Los Angeles that empowers vulnerable communities, such as the youth, elderly and survivors of trafficking.

What is your proudest professional moment?
Project managing a complex metadata cleanup for 40,000+ film and TV titles for a Japanese production studio, including managing teams and status calls across four time zones in Asia, Europe, and the West and East Coasts in the U.S.
Favorite place in the world:
When I was younger and more nimble, my husband and I would snowboard every winter. There is nothing more grounding than sitting at the top of Mammoth Mountain with my snowboard strapped on, ready to take on the fresh powder.

Favorite movie or book of all time:
The Wild Robot (bring lots of tissues; I cried for 24 hours after watching) and The Devil Wears Prada, because I love film adaptations of books.
