In this episode of the Media Clips Podcast, Host and GHJ Profit Participation Services Practice Leader Ilan Haimoff takes a look at the business behind new media.

Andrew Graham is a Talent Agent for Creative Artists Agency. As a member of CAA’s Digital Media Group, Andrew helps the agency engage with digitally endemic talent and monetize the social footprint of traditional, A-list celebrities. He has converted numerous online personalities into offline NYT bestsellers, managed innovative partnerships between A-list talent and leading social platforms and brokered tens of millions of dollars of market-leading branded work with national companies.

Marcie Cleary is a partner in the Entertainment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz, representing clients in the film, television, digital and book publishing industries. She has significant experience representing comedians in connection with deals for stand-up specials, television and digital series, motion pictures and recorded albums. She has also become one of the podcast industry’s go-to lawyer, representing podcast creators, hosts, on-air talent and producers, as well as underlying rights holders.

Andrew and Marcie share the ways their clients are expanding new media, and explore the new revenue streams that accompany these new opportunities.
