GHJ is honored to have assisted its client United Talent Agency (UTA) with its acquisition of Rep 1 Baseball. GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Services Team provided financial due diligence and tax advisory services to support UTA through the close process.

Rep 1 Baseball will serve as the foundation for Klutch Baseball, a new division of UTA strategic partner Klutch Sports Group. Since its founding in 2015, Rep 1 Baseball has grown into one of the largest representation firms in baseball with a strong presence in domestic and international markets. The team has negotiated over $2 billion in contracts, including five contracts over $100 million. This acquisition is part of UTA’s growth in the sports space.
