Jessica Goodman has nearly a decade of business experience. She is well-known for her commitment to helping people find their dream career opportunities by connecting them with the right organizations.

As a member of GHJ Search and Staffing, Jessica’s specialty lies in recruiting top finance and accounting candidates for her clients. She helps oversee talent research and cultivation throughout Los Angeles for a wide range of industry niches.

Jessica joined Creative Financial Services (CFS) Los Angeles in 2019 after a successful career in sales and marketing within the retail fashion and apparel industry and joined GHJ when CFS merged with the Firm in 2022. Jessica was inducted into the 2020 CFS President's Club and was named the 2020 CFS Executive Recruiting Rookie of the Year.

Jessica graduated from California State University, Long Beach where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
