Paul Kolomeyer has over ten years of public accounting experience and is a member of GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Practice. Paul provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assistance to corporate and private equity clients, with a focus on quality of earnings, net working capital and analyses of the historic and projected revenue trends, margins and other key performance indicators.
Prior to joining GHJ in January 2021, Paul was part of a Big Four Deal Advisory Practice where he specialized in financial due diligence. Paul began his career at another Big Four Audit Practice providing audit and assurance services to both publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries, with a primary focus on the real estate and financial services industry.
Paul graduated from California State University, Northridge where he received both Bachelor and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees and was elected as the Commencement Speaker for his MSA graduating class.
In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his growing family, as well as watching and playing soccer, scuba diving and playing ping pong.
