What is Client Portal?
Client Portal is a simple and easy to use web application that facilitates secure file transfer between GHJ and its clients. It conveniently streamlines your information and simplifies the communication process.
Client Portal will give you immediate access to your completed tax returns and related documents from anywhere you have internet access. For ease of use, these documents are organized in a customized file cabinet – similar to how you store your documents at home.
How does it work?
Client Portal relies on the Microsoft Silverlight 4 platform and you may be prompted to install Silverlight from Microsoft’s website the first time you login. By utilizing up-to-date technology, we have ensured that your information is safe and accessible only to you.
If you have already received an email from GHJ, please use the provided login ID and temporary password to access your Client Portal.
Silverlight is no longer supported by Chrome. It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer when using the Portal.
