Beverage Practice Leader to Explain Pricing Structure at Craft Beer Event

GHJ Beverage Practice Leader Maria Pearman will be giving a presentation about what brewers should know when setting their taproom pricing at Craft Beer Professionals’ CBP Connects on June 21 in Milwaukee.

CBP Connects is a three-day trade show that brings together brewers, brewery owners and taproom managers for educational sessions and networking. Maria will present the session “Taproom Pricing: Strategies to Maximize Your Bottom Line and Guest Experience.”

This presentation will dive into the metrics and strategies brewers should employ to maximize revenue and teach three key performance indicators (KPIs) that brewers should keep an eye on.

An expert in the beverage alcohol space, Maria sits on the Finance Committee for the Brewers Association, the nation’s largest industry organization for craft brewers. She wrote Small Brewery Finance, a top-rated book that helps brewers run successful businesses. She has also taught courses at the Business of Craft Beer program at the University of Vermont.
