Topics covered during this session will include how much capital a new brewery needs to survive, what corporate structure works best for owners and investors and how to manage cash flow during the critical first six months of operation.
An expert in the beverage and alcohol industry, Maria has written the books Small Brewery Finance, published by the Brewers Association, and Distillery Finance, published by the American Distilling Institute. She is also a Finance Committee Member of the Brewers Association and a Board Member for The Bruery.
