Production incentives have been in place in the U.S. for over 12 years, and available in international jurisdictions for even longer. With the help of Film Commissions and related Production Incentives, incentives have changed the course of film production in Hollywood and around the world, while bringing jobs and consistent economic benefit to those jurisdictions offering production incentives.

Unfortunately in the world today, no business activity operates without the risk of Fraud. As industry professionals and Film Commissioners, it’s important to recognize how fraud impacts the long term prospect of film and television production incentives remaining in place.

If you don’t acknowledge that fraud happens, you are not going to find it. During this session, the FBI and other industry professionals will help you identify the warning signs of fraud, and teach you how to prevent and manage fraudulent situations if they occur in your jurisdiction.
