Managing technology vendor relationships and negotiating contracts come with its own set of challenges. For GHJ’s Director of IT Jerry Leever, mastering vendor relationships best practices is an important part of his role and one he actively shares insight on with industry peers.
At the recent AICPA Engage Conference, Jerry joined a panel to discuss techniques to improve technology vendor relationships and best practices around situations involving conflict. He lent his knowledge to attendees and shared how to handle technology vendor contract negotiations and more.
Jerry has over 20 years of information technology experience and currently leads GHJ’s Information Technology Department. He has recently presented at the Box Virtual Summit on how small businesses can make big impacts with a modern technology stack. During this, Jerry discussed how GHJ leverages Box Content Management to create efficiencies and keep the Firm’s content secure.
