GHJ Partner Discusses Providing Expert Testimony in Commercial Litigation in New Book

GHJ Partner and Forensic Services Practice Leader Peter Brown co-authored Chapter 26 (“The Admission of Expert Testimony: Daubert and Related Issues”) of Lost Profits Damages: Principles, Methods, and Applications.

The recently published book is about commercial litigation topics including lost profits, damages and business valuation. It is a reference book for attorneys, accountants and damages analysts. Peter co-authored Chapter 26 of the book, titled “The Admission of Expert Testimony: Daubert and Related Issues.”

With more than 30 years in the forensic accounting space, Peter has extensive experience quantifying damages in commercial litigation. He has also served as an expert witness in a variety of matters. Peter has an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification and serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee.
