LOS ANGELES, CA (January 11, 2023) – GHJ, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Sutton to Partner. For nearly six years, David has been a member of the Firm’s Advisory Practice and a leader in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice.

DAVID SUTTON
David Sutton is the Private Equity Practice leader at GHJ, serving clients across the U.S., ranging from small family offices to established multi-disciplinary funds. He has more than 15 years of experience across finance, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
David’s deal experience includes work with clients in the consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, technology and entertainment sectors. David leads transaction-related projects including Quality of Earnings, working capital analysis, forecasting ad deal structuring. He also oversees all of GHJ’s cybersecurity engagements.
A leader in GHJ’s Business Resiliency Taskforce, David leads the direction of GHJ’s content by identifying the trending topics clients should know. He has been published in GHJ’s blog and L.A. Times B2B Publishing and hosts the Business Disruption and Resilience Podcast.
Prior to joining GHJ in 2017, David advised on transactions ranging from $10 million to $1 billion and provided performance improvement, restructuring and turnaround advice to companies and their stakeholders. He was previously an Aerospace Engineer with the U.K. Ministry of Defence.
