LOS ANGELES, CA (April 17, 2023) – HLB International, the global advisory and accounting firm that includes GHJ among its independent member firms, has been honored as a “Most Loved Workplaces” certified company. This recognition, which is awarded by Most Loved Workplaces and backed by research from the Best Practice Institute, is awarded to companies whose employees are the happiest and most satisfied at work.
HLB’s network received this certification based on its scores on the “Love of Workplace Index,” which surveyed employees on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment including the level of respect, collaboration, support and sense of belonging they feel in the organization. GHJ and other HLB member firms conducted local and regional engagement surveys, which were used to calculate HLB’s “Love of Workplace Index.”

Between January 2021 and December 2022 GHJ’s head count grew by 44 percent. Through this growth, the Firm introduced new initiatives to build connectivity, revamp its benefits program and introduced a summer “Mental Health Week,” a weeklong break where team members were given the space to rest and recharge. GHJ recently won Employee Experience of the Year at the Transform Awards for these efforts.
