The smallest opportunities can often lead to the largest impact on individuals’ careers. For GHJ Audit Principal Melanie Horowitz, the early introductions she had to learning and development, leadership and mentorship shaped the accounting career she has today.

Melanie shared the story of her early introduction to the accounting industry in an interview with The Net Gains.
