GHJ is honored to have assisted its client United Talent Agency (UTA) in its acquisition of JUV Consulting. GHJ’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice partnered with UTA to support them through the close process. This support, which included financial due diligence services, helped the client gain insight into the business and led to a successful closing.
JUV Consulting is a marketing, creative services and research agency that was founded by and focused on Gen Z. It has helped about 300 clients reach Gen Z consumers including Google, Unilever and Lionsgate. UTA is one of the largest talent agencies in the world, and this acquisition enhances the agency’s ability to reach Gen Z consumers, a demographic that is less likely to engage with traditional advertising than previous generations.
This acquisition of JUV marks the formal creation of Next Gen, a UTA Entertainment Marketing Practice that sits under the UTA Advisory umbrella of services for corporate clients.
