Profit participation is a key revenue generator for actors, directors, producers, financiers, and other investors of motion picture and television programs. These participants depend on cash flows from studios and other distributors in connection with content they have created or invested in.

Our panel will discuss the current trends in the industry, including evolving technology, content delivery, the changing worldwide market and deal structures between studios and their profit participants, and other topics, such as recent legal decisions that could impact profit participation and auditing.
