GHJ Beverage Practice Leader Maria Pearman spoke to Brewing Industry Guide about how breweries can respond to inflation and mitigating costs without raising prices.

An expert in the field, Maria wrote the books Small Brewery Finance and Distillery Finance and has taught courses about how to run a successful brewery or distillery. She sits on the Finance Committee for the Brewers Association as well as the Advisory Board for The Bruery, an LA-based brewery with nationwide distribution.
