The Firm’s commitment to creating diversity of thought is a large factor in its evolution and success. GHJ launched its Women’s Empowerment Cohort six years ago and rolled out its BIPOC (Black and Indigenous People of Color) Cohort last year. In 2021, the firm further expanded the ERG offerings with a Parenting Cohort influenced by the shared challenges the pandemic presented.

The 2020 INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) Annual Survey and Analysis of Firms is one of the longest-running benchmarking surveys on accounting firm management.
