Anant is a Partner and the Advisory and Transaction Advisory Services Practices Leader at GHJ. David is a Partner and the Private Equity Practice Leader at GHJ. He is a trusted advisor to the banking and finance industries, with a wide depth of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Motivated by the work he does for clients, David is passionate about the advisory services he provides and how they can positively shape his clients’ futures.

David leads GHJ’s Business Resiliency Taskforce, which examines economic conditions and leverages the Firm’s relationships with the banking and finance industries to create tools and resources that guide business leaders through disruption. Richard is a Partner and the Real Estate Practice Leader at GHJ. He regularly works with investment firms, family offices, developers and real estate management companies to ensure the business structure and investments are in accordance with their long-term goals.

Richard’s technical knowledge is crucial for clients — he advises clients on tax-efficient entity structuring, due diligence on the sale and acquisition of real estate investments, mortgage debt analysis and cash flow and net operating income projections. Richard’s guidance often helps real estate investors and investment fund managers attract high-quality investor capital and maximize after-tax return on investment.
