GHJ Private Foundation Expert Discusses Self-Dealing Risks

GHJ Private Foundation Practice Leader Stephanie Yan shared how private foundations may be at risk of self-dealing in an interview published by Philanthropy Daily, a journal of the Center for Civil Society. Stephanie spoke to American Philanthropic Donor Advisory Director Cecilia Diem about how foundations can avoid IRS penalties and manage their risk.
