Two leaders from GHJ’s Entertainment Practice will appear at an upcoming webinar hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association, August 24 at 12:30 p.m. PST. “Utilizing Data Analysis in the New Film and TV Landscape” will feature a panel of entertainment experts, including GHJ Filmed Entertainment Practice Leader Peter Klass and Profit Participation Services Principal Michael Sippel.

This webinar will explore the growing impact of data analysis, such as KPIs, in the financing, distribution and valuation of entertainment content, including its utilization in litigations, audits and other disputes. The panel will also discuss film and television performance trends and contract considerations entertainment lawyers and executives must consider as new business models disrupt traditional distribution patterns.
