LOS ANGELES, CA (April 28, 2023) – GHJ, a national advisory and accounting firm, is expanding its Forensic Services leadership team with the addition of Principal Jeff Rhodes, CPA, CFF, who will serve as GHJ’s Northern California Forensic Services Leader. Based in Northern California, Jeff will be a key leader in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley market.

Working out of GHJ’s San Jose Office, Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience, including Big Four accounting and national consulting firms, and has significant experience in the areas of forensic accounting investigations, proactive forensic, compliance and dispute advisory. Throughout his career, he has conducted forensic assignments in the U.S. and around the world for clients in various industries, including high technology, energy, manufacturing, diversified industrials, financial services, insurance, leasing, retail, construction, government, nonprofits, agribusiness and healthcare.
Jeff has performed and supervised investigations of alleged fraud in the areas of fraudulent financial reporting, misappropriation of assets, and bribery. He has acted as a neutral accountant and arbitrator and conducted investigative due diligence for third-party risk management matters.
His extensive experience in the forensic services space includes fraud risk management, accounting and financial analyses in complex business litigation matters. Jeff has performed and supervised investigations around class action matters, business interruption matters, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, contract compliance, post-acquisition purchase price dispute matters and regulatory compliance matters.
