The Anytime, Anywhere Work Survey looks at how public accounting firms are changing the way they approach work. The survey examines the percentage of firms allowing employees to work from home, hiring remote workers outside of their geography and adopting flexible work schedules.
But with this flexibility comes its own challenges. Firms must build a culture that supports a variety of schedules and geographies while developing strong teams and ensuring everyone feels included.
Several times a year, all GHJ employees are invited to the Firm’s downtown Los Angeles headquarters. Firmwide Week consists of firmwide activities, departmental strategy meetings and team-building activities.
