This is Tom’s fifth year on the list, which celebrates the most influential leaders and impactful executives in Los Angeles.

In the past year, GHJ has continued to expand its service offerings with the re-brand of its recruiting arm Search and Staffing and a new office in Northern California.
Tom considers his role as to be a combination of entrepreneur, partner, consultant, coach and business advisor. He believes in building a successful life one day at a time by leveraging technology to create a flexible schedule that allows him to be a father and husband in addition to fully committing to his career at GHJ, where he has worked since 1997.
Since taking on the role of Managing Partner about five years ago, Tom has led the Firm through major initiatives to define its core values, embrace its #BeMore philosophy, and open the doors to GHJ’s new headquarters in 2021.
