New Partners Arna Erazo, Nisha Golcha, Katie Hettinger and Andreas Koller support GHJ’s continued national growth and reinforce its cross-market reach and client-first advisory approach.

LOS ANGELES, CA – GHJ, a national advisory, tax and accounting firm, is proud to announce the promotion of four senior leaders to partner effective Jan. 1, 2026: Arna Erazo, Nisha Golcha, Katie Hettinger and Andreas Koller. As the Firm continues to scale, its investment in talent is focused on driving innovation, strengthening client relationships and furthering its ability to deliver high-touch, strategic services across the U.S. and abroad. These four leaders exemplify the principles behind GHJ’s client-first approach by translating deep expertise into clear guidance, timely execution and dependable results.

Each of the newly appointed partners is based outside GHJ’s Los Angeles headquarters, which supports the Firm’s ability to serve clients nationwide. Arna and Andreas work with clients across the country in dispersed roles, while Katie and Nisha are based in the Denver and Silicon Valley offices, respectively.

ARNA ERAZO – CLIENT ACCOUNTING AND ADVISORY SERVICES

Arna has played a key role in building GHJ’s Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) department as the Practice Leader. Her specialized understanding of outsourced finance and accounting solutions, in addition to her ability to lead a cross-functional team from her dispersed home office in Oklahoma, set her apart in a competitive field. Her leadership has guided a practice that works closely with business leaders to scale their organizations through thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance. Arna has been with the Firm since 2022, is an active co-chair of GHJ’s Women’s Empowerment Cohort, and is a recognized “Top 200 CPA in America” by Forbes and a “40 Under 40” recipient by CPA Practice Advisor.

NISHA GOLCHA – CORPORATE TAX SERVICES 

A national voice in corporate tax strategy, Nisha leads GHJ’s Corporate Tax Practice from its Bay Area office. Nisha collaborates with business leaders to serve as their trusted advisor and provide support to scaling their businesses with tax planning strategies and efficiencies. In her leadership role, she oversees a team of corporate tax professionals serving clients throughout the country. She regularly presents at industry events and conferences across California, including with CalCPA, Groundswell and Joint Venture Silicon Valley. Further, she is dedicated to making the profession more equitable across demographics and acts as the co-chair of the Firm’s BIPOC Cohort. She is deeply engaged in the Media and Advertising Practice, particularly within the technology sector. Nisha joined GHJ in 2022.

KATIE HETTINGER – DENVER, CO, TAX SERVICES 

As GHJ’s Denver Market Leader, Katie has been a primary driver of expanding the Firm’s presence in the Colorado business community. With extensive experience in tax consulting and business planning, Katie advises clients across sectors and oversees key initiatives focused on quality, team culture and client satisfaction. Katie, through her leadership role, spearheads GHJ’s business activity in Denver and leads a robust team that partners with local clients to deliver services across advisory, tax and accounting. She also plays a significant role in GHJ’s coaching and training initiatives to assist in the facilitation of professional development and career goals. She started her career with GHJ in 2010.

“I am proud to represent GHJ’s commitment to national growth and local service,” Katie said. “In Denver and beyond, we are focused on delivering solutions that make a real difference for our clients and communities.”

ANDREAS KOLLER – INTERNATIONAL TAX SERVICES, GERMAN DESK 

Andreas is a leader in GHJ’s International Tax Practice, where he works with clients on complex, cross-border tax challenges and opportunities. Originally a native of Germany, Andreas leads GHJ’s International Desk services, including its German Desk, and closely serves multinational companies across various industries. He also supports in managing the Firm’s relationship and collaboration with HLB International, a Top 10 international advisory and accounting network, to help maintain and expand GHJ’s global reach and connectivity. Andreas brings diverse experience in corporate and international tax services and has been with the Firm since 2023. He has, throughout his career, lived and worked in three countries, and he now resides in Seattle, Washington.

This announcement follows a series of strategic leadership moves at GHJ, including the addition of Daniel Rowe as the High Net Worth Practice Leader and Partner out of Charlotte, North Carolina earlier this year.
