Anant has significantly shaped the advisory landscape and the accounting industry. His expertise in facilitating major global transactions and strategic advisory has positioned GHJ as a leader in the banking and finance industries. Anant's visionary leadership and deep commitment to client success have driven significant growth and expansion within GHJ's Advisory Services Practice and Transaction Advisory Services Practice.

Known for his collaborative approach to advisory services, Anant has been recognized nationally and globally for his innovative work. He has been named a Most Influential Minority CPA multiple times and a Top 40 in 40s multiple times by the Los Angeles Business Journal. This is his fourth time being named a Banking and Finance Visionary. In 2023, Anant was appointed to Global Leader – Network Capabilities for international advisory and accounting network HLB, where he develops the framework to coordinate multinational proposals as part of HLB Executive Office’s Project Management Team.

DAVID SUTTON

David has demonstrated exceptional skill in leading complex M&A projects. He is known for providing insightful financial due diligence advice to execute deals and leading a high-performing team of experts. David’s deal experience includes work with clients in the consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, technology and entertainment sectors. David leads transaction-related projects including Quality of Earnings, working capital analysis, forecasting ad deal structuring.

Times B2B Publishing and hosts the Business Disruption and Resilience Podcast, which highlights how businesses navigate adversity. DAN LANDES

Dan has made significant contributions to the finance and accounting advisory services, especially within the media and advertising sector. Dan is GHJ’s in-house expert on revenue recognition, and his innovative work in this space has been instrumental in guiding clients through the evolving financial landscape. He has written extensively about the role of revenue recognition in getting a better understanding of a business’ outlook and has appeared on GHJ’s Media Clips Podcast to discuss accounting standard updates that affect the entertainment industry.

A recognized expert in the industry, Dan has been a guest lecturer at the UCLA Anderson School of Management teaching revenue recognition and led a film production accounting seminar at California State University, Northridge. In addition, Dan is actively involved in mentoring and has led various internal trainings on topics such as revenue recognition standards, financial statement preparation and supervision and review.
