Jacinta Lam, CPA, has nine years of public accounting experience providing international tax consulting and compliance services to businesses and individuals in the U.S.
Jacinta started her career at GHJ in 2015. She worked at two other firms, a top-10 firm and a Big Four firm, before rejoining GHJ in 2023. She has experience in serving a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds to local businesses and startup companies.
She advises clients on their global expansion feasibility planning and helps them design an optimal structure from a global tax perspective. She also assists clients with modeling exercises to quantify tax consequences in various proposed structures.
Jacinta graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with a Minor in Accounting and Golden Gate University where she received a Master of Science degree in Taxation.
She is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
